Here is a vid that will show you how to install Advanced Desktop Effects Settings (CCSM), Compiz Fusion Icon and Simple CompizConfig Settings Manager.
Open your Ubuntu Software Center and type compiz in the search field, in the result list select and install Advanced Desktop Effects Settings (CCSM), Compiz Fusion Icon and Simple CompizConfig Settings Manager. When installed close the Ubuntu Software Center and watch Desktop Effects Part2, Simple Compiz Settings Manager to see how you can enable the effects the fast way!!
