Here is a guide to install Super Boot Manager on Ubuntu 13.04. You can install Super Boot Manager using the Super-Boot-Manager PPA maintaned by Alessandro Lanave.
Super-Boot-Manger is a simple gui created with buc, the interface has the main purpose to make easer and intuitive configuration of Grub, Burg (Brand-new Universal loadeR from GRUB) and Plymouth. It allows to enable/disable plymouth, install & change plymouth themes. Visit the Super Boot Manager Homepage.
To add the PPA and install Super Boot Manager open a terminal window (press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy+paste the following lines:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ingalex/super-boot-manager -y
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install super-boot-manager -y
When the installation is finished you can close the terminal window and to start Super Boot Manager press the SuperKey and type: super boot manager
