To install gPodder open your Ubuntu Software Center (Applications -> Ubuntu Software Center) and type gpodder in the search field. For more info about gPodder click on the More Info button or to install gPodder click on the Install button. Enter your password and wait while gPodder is being installed. When gPodder is installed you can close your Ubuntu Software Center and you will find gPodder under Applications -> Sound & Video -> gPodder Podcast Client.
