K3b provides a comfortable user interface to perform most CD/DVD burning tasks. While the experienced user can take influence in all steps of the burning process the beginner may find comfort in the automatic settings and the reasonable k3b defaults which allow a quick start. To install K3B open a terminal window (press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy+paste the following line:
sudo apt-get install k3b -y
When K3B is installed you can close the terminal window, to start K3B press the SuperKey and type: K3B
