It’s Here! Version 1.4.1 Released!
I am proud to announce that OpenShot 1.4.1 has been released! This was originally going to be a quick and simple bug fix release, but instead, has grown into a more full-featured release. This has been a very busy month for OpenShot, with a trip to SCALE 10x, a couple presentations, and now a new release! My head is still spinning, but enough about that… lets get down to business. Can you get OpenShot to run properly on Ubuntu 11.10? I can open it, save a project, and load files, but when I try to open the project again…it fails: the application launches, but the app window is virtually blank with no content [insert sad face].
Never opened saved projects on OpenShot … i never use it to be honest. I record all my videos on Windows. I installed Ubuntu on VirtualBox and to record and edit videos i use camtasia studio. When i used openshot and xvidcap i was working on Ubuntu 10.04 and haven’t used it since then.
