You can install Popcorn Time by adding the Popcorn Time PPA maintained by the WebUp8 team to your system sources. To add the PPA and install Popcorn Time open a terminal window (Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy+paste the following lines:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/popcorntime -y
sudo apt update && sudo apt install popcorn-time -y
After the installation you can close the terminal window and to start Popcorn Time press the SuperKey and type: popcorn time
