To install Ubuntu Tweak open a Terminal window (press Alt+F2 and type: gnome-terminal) and copy+paste the following lines:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
When installed you can start Ubuntu Tweak by pressing Alt+F2 then type: ubuntu-tweak
